CALL CENTER OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – Position is located in Ft. Myers, FL 

The role of a Call Center Operations Supervisor is to motivate and direct the performance and behaviors of their team and develop Customer Service or Sales Specialists; creates and maintains an environment of open communication and leads by example. Forges solid relationships and empowers team members, laying the foundation for a high performing team.

Responsibilities:

·         Coaches and develops agents 70% of the time, including agent call monitoring and evaluation of calls

·         Identifies area(s) of opportunity and provides feedback to agent(s)Focuses on the achievement of Client Programs KPIs, internal staffing and utilization targets, and develop and execute short and long term performance strategies to continuously improve on these results

·         Collaborates with Workforce Management to ensure interval staffing targets are met, agents are in “productive state” and taking calls to achieve utilization/productivity goals

·         Communicates openly and frequently with staff, establishes, maintains, and promotes a high performing culture to maximize Operational efficiency

·         Builds and maintains a strong and trusting partnership with key client contacts

·         Aligns short and long-term strategies with client to maintain and expand business relationship

·         Performs other duties as assigned by management

 

Qualifications:

·         High School diploma (GED) required

·         2 years related Customer Service or Sales experience required. Call Center management   experience is preferred, but not required

·         Proven record of delivering positive customer experiences in call center or a retail environment

·         Previous experience in a work-from-home customer service environment is highly desired

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and collaborate with various organizational levels and with clients

·         Ability to motivate and inspire a group of employees in a team environment to achieve performance goals

·         Ability to maintain a professional work environment

·         Excellent personal computer skills including Microsoft Office

·         Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem solving skills

·         Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
