StatesideBPO, a Leading Multi-National Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Provider, Today Announced the Appointment of Garrett Mullins as Chief Sales and Client Officer

Garrett will be responsible for StatesideBPO’s (“Stateside”) global sales and marketing organization, and will be accountable for revenue, profit and client satisfaction in the sourcing markets in which Stateside does business. In this role, Garrett will lead Stateside’s business development and client engagement teams. Garrett’s responsibilities will include a focus on engaging a Disabled and Military Veteran work force, managing the Company’s strategic partners with technology platform-based solutions, supplier diversity, and contact center solutions in nearshore and offshore locations. As a member of Stateside’s senior leadership team, Garrett will be actively involved in developing the Company’s proprietary software for service quality assurance solutions.

Garrett joined the Company earlier in 2015. He previously held senior executive roles with Eventus Solutions Group, a contact center centric consulting and managed service firm, and IBM Global Services where he gained extensive sales and contact center experience as an executive level manager. Prior to that, Garrett was Vice President of Teletech Inc., and also managed a number of key client relationships for notable IPO’s and turn-a-rounds in the early 2000’s.
